As with Ruth, I equate Phoenix with Pazookie. If you ever find yourself in AZ, go to Oregano's pizza and order their "Original Pizza Cookie". The pizza is fairly good too, but for THAT I would insist on going to Spinato's. I cry every day that I'm not eating Spinato's (which is often, sadly.) It is indeed lovely. I fell in love with this dish when I lived in Phoenix and when I moved to California and went to BJ's for the first time I was SUPER excited to see it on the menu. I was in HEAVEN. Then not only did it become a favorite of mine all over again, the VERY kind and generous people at our Burbank BJ's donted along with 50 pizzas 10 PAZOOKIES for the crowd at last year's Relay for Life Event!!!!!
